The Flash Tag Cloud web part was done by Little White Cloud, a Kentico Certified Partner from UK, and it's offered at Kentico Marketplace for free.

The Flash Tag Cloud web part is build on a standard tag cloud web part turning it into a fancy looking, interactive Flash-based list. The picure below shows the standard tag cloud and the Flash one showing the same Tags.
