Email Marketing Enhancements

Email Marketing is one of the most used marketing techniques for reaching potentially new and already existing customers. In Kentico, improving the Email Marketing user experience and interface is one of our ongoing efforts.

We understand that metrics are a vital part of Email Marketing, allowing marketers to adjust their marketing strategies based on the performance data of individual emails or email campaigns. Therefore in Kentico 9, we are introducing new email reports. These reports allow you to see the most important statistics such as delivery rate, engagement, and the most clicked links both in graphical and more detailed table views.

Another new functionality in Kentico 9 allows recipients of your emails to unsubscribe from all marketing emails within a single click. This option is often required to comply with legal regulations. Moreover, you can now see and easily manage contacts who unsubscribed from your marketing emails in a single opt-out list. Last but not least, Kentico 9 comes with a new stuck-emails retry policy. Marketers don’t need to worry about temporary issues with SMTP connectivity anymore because all emails will get sent eventually.
