Summary

This Twitter Feed web part is a completely reworked version of Twitter Feed 1.0. Even if there are already few Twitter web parts on the Kentico Marketplace, r42 developed another one with a bunch of features that are not available in the existing web parts.

Description

New features:

* You can now use a transformation to control the display of the Twitter feed. Thus all nodes contained in the Twitter XML feed can now be displayed with this web part.
* You can now also display a Twitter List with the web part, thus combine several Tweeters in one single feed.
* A sample CSS file and a sample transformation is included in the zip package.

Old features (included also in the new version):

* Display of an unlimited number of tweets;
* Making the links of the tweets actually clickable;
* Full control over the display of the date and time the tweet was posted;
* Possibility to display or not the profile picture of the Tweeter;
* Making sure the web page with the feed can be displayed, even if Twitter is down or something else goes wrong, which is not so unusual;
* And of course the look of the feed should be easily customizable with style sheets;

Unzip the zip file first, then only import the web part.
This web part can be used in parallel with the older version.
