With an introduction of a new selection dialogs (Insert link, Insert image or media) you've got an option to decide what type of items the user will be displayed with, whenever the content is entered int the HTML area field. In actual WYSIWYG editor, even with shared toolbar, it’s possible to refer to anchors (and IDs) just from current editable region situated on the document. Put simply, when you stay on editable region1, you cannot see anchors and IDs from region2. However in some certain situations it might be useful to take advantage from such functionality. We’ll see how to improve it to have shared anchors and IDs for all editable regions on the document.
