It depends on your setup. For example, Kentico supports media libraries, which enables you to save your videos in the file system (e.g. via FTP) and display them on the live site with our build in web parts. If the video is located outside of Kentico, then the streaming is performed by a third party and you need to contact them on how to incorporate their videos on a site.
