Hello,

The user public profile web part uses alternative forms for displaying its content. Given alternative form is selected in the Form name property of the user public profile web part. You can create a new alternative form and assign in to this web part or you can edit that used one. These alternative forms are located in the Site Manager -> Development -> System tables -> User -> Alternative forms section.
