General Bug Tracking Question
Having this form is somewhat useful and having the list of bugs in the Bugtracker is slightly useful as well. Any chance though that you can open open your bugtracking system a bit more so we can view & track open bugs? Something like Jira issue tracker for example?

Hello,

Although it is rather a general requirement than one related to Kentico CMS itself, I'm passing it to our product manager. He'll consider its cons and pros and decides afterwards. At any rate, we appreciate your suggestion to make our product or even our development process better. Thank you.

Has the been any progress with this since last year?

The "Bug tracker" at http://devnet.kentico.com/Bugtracker.aspx isn't very helpful for reporting bugs. It only seems to list bugs which have status:fixed. It's more like a change log.

Can we see bugs which have been reported, but not yet fixed?

I'd like to report the bugs I find whilst working with Kentico, but I don't want to waste time reporting bugs which have already been reported.

Hi,

Regrettably, there was no progress since there are more important things to do. It is on the to-do list. We are also planning to introduce an on-line help desk interface to manage your tickets too. However, the exact plan, date estimates, were not set yet.
