Cannot login to CMS desk after migration to new host
When trying to login into the CMS desk through the site domain XYZ.com/cmsdesk, the CMS desk never becomes available. But when trying with the IP address where the site is hosted 10.11.12.11/cmsdesk, the CMS desk works fine. The site is load balanced over three servers with one database. We recently migrated the site to a new host and I had to generate new license files for the IP addresses. Additionally, I provided the new IP addresses in the domain aliases. I did not get a new license file for the domain name, XYZ.com. Is this needed?
