Do you mean the same as you can see on our Devnet in Blogs section?

This depends on your document structure. You can create a blogs named by names of bloggers, e.g.:

/Blogs
- Petr Palas
- Petr Vozak
- Juraj Ondrus

etc.

Then, you can use a repeater to show these blogs. In this repeater, you need to fill several properties.

Path: /Blogs/%
Show for document types: CMS.MenuItem
Document types: cms.blog
Transformation: cms.blog.DefaultWithLink

You can also upload a teaser images to particular blogs (like blogger photo) and then show it in transformation too. Please note that you will need to modify a transformation according to your needs (to show all info you want).
