Error in Export Site

Hello! I want to export site from SiteManager. But in process of export, it take error:

ERROR: Error exporting documents
Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Stack Trace: at CMS.SettingsProvider.TranslationHelper.GetCodeNamesFromDB(String className, Int32[] objectIDs, String siteName)
at CMS.SettingsProvider.TranslationHelper.RegisterRecords(DataTable dt, String className, String idColumnName, String siteName, String[] excludedNames)
at CMS.CMSImportExport.ExportProvider.RegisterTranslationRecords(DataSet ds, String objectType, TranslationHelper th, String siteName, String[] excludedNames)
at CMS.CMSImportExport.ExportProvider.ExportDocumentsData(SiteExportSettings settings, TranslationHelper th)

What is the reason of this error and how i can do export of my site?

Hi,

I am not able to find out what may cause this export error, since it is some general error message.

Would it be possible to provide us with backup of your database?
You could send at support@kentico.com link where we can download this backup.
In that case, please include some reference to this forum thread.

Moreover, which version of Kentico CMS are you using?
