Kentico Webpart Images don't show up
Hi,

When I add webparts in my website, the images for each webpart doesn't appear.

I don't think this is a big issue but would love to get the images back.
I have attached the screenshot of my issue.

The image path look's like this:

Hi,

Could you please check if requested fileguid (64&fileguid=b5d60f32-76f2-4ed6-a4c7-c8ce87185885) exists in the CMS_MetaFile table in the database? It seems that system could not find it there.

The rest of pictures is displayed correctly?

Yes, the fileguid you asked for is there in the database. I have attached the screenschot.

Also all the other images on the website are absolutely fine.

Hi,

I can see that MetaFileBinary column contains null. This column should contain a binary data of image. That is the reason why images are not displayed, but the question is why they were removed. Could you please describe what happened before this issue?

Hi Ivana,

I have no idea..

We have never came to the Databse before...
This issue is in our 2 kentico instance..
Even I would like to know what has gone wrong. Has something gone wrong with the software or have we done something wrong?

Any way of finding the cause of the issue?

unfortunately, we have never met with a similar issue and it is very difficult to reproduce it without any information.
