Sir,
I want to add the functionality to post twitter comments through my site similar as facebook comments as implemented in site:

Besides, I think you won't be able to implement that, because you are the only one, who can post tweets to your account. Other users can only reply to this post.

Dear Mr. Kumar,

Of course, as I mentioned, this "Guest book" comment functionality is not supported by the Twitter through the Twitter API, so you will have to use some similar approach (as you can see on that page you sent) through the Facebook API.
