Use different document type than CMS.Rott
I wanted to use my own root document type to completely control what child documents are allowed on a specific site. When a site is already made, can I change the document type for the / node?

If not, how could I control per site what child document types are allowed from the root node?

RE:Use different document type than CMS.Rott
Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify per site what child document types are allowed from the root node as this feature is not nativelly supported, but I will pass this requirement to our Product Manager and he will consider implement this feature in some of future versions.

Best Regards,

Hello,

FYI: Version 5.0 (planned for end of 2009) will allow site administrators to configure allowed child document types on the page template level and on the document level.
