Masterpage tab not showing

Hotfix 5.0.2

I created a masterpage on my site in portal engine but the "MasterPage" tab is not showing. I verified that administrator had the role CMS Desk Administrator and that in it was autorized in permissions (also in modules) but it still isn't showing. I need to add something in the body but I can't seem to find how to put the masterpage tab...

I've developped a big part of my site and I really need this MasterPage tab!

Is it a bug, was it fixed in a hotfix, or is it something else?

Any idea what cause this?

Hello, thanks for your answer.

No, my masterpage is located at my "/fr" folder and another master page at "/fr/mobile".

Global Administrator cannot see the MasterPage tab.

I've added Global Administrator to CMS Desk Administrator and verified that the role has access to Masterpage tab in Site Manager -> Development -> Modules -> Content.

Then, I tried verifying in Site manager -> Administration -> UI personalization -> Dialogs -> Content but everything is checked...

Could you please upgrade your installation? Then you will be able to see and edit the master page tab. Best regards, Helena Grulichova

Thanks for your answer, I'll try something with the PortalTemplate.aspx since I can't add it to the root
