Invalid Codes error on pasting from word into Event Summary

Hi guys I cant seem to paste the text below into an event summary. Get invalid code or data message. I used the paste from word function also. I also pasted into notepad first and then back into event summary to get rid of funny characters but it still didnt work. Here is the text:

I pasted the content you mentioned and it is same in Event summary. Could you please also test it by pasting as plain text? (The icon near the Word pasting.) Best regards, Helena Grulichova

Do u have anymore ideas on this please. Very strange. Did you say you had an error when you tried it or was it fine? thanks ali

Hi Ali,

I was able to paste the text correctly. Please be sure that you only select the text. There are some floating text fields so you may not copy the field but its text content (press the right button of mouse, hover over the text and stop the press in the end of text). You may only select content of one text field not the whole text of document at once.
