Front-end frameworks like Zurb Foundation and Twitter Bootstrap are very helpful for making responsive sites, quick prototypes, and cross browser uniformity.  Unfortunately using them, especially Foundation, with Kentico creates havoc for content editors as the Kentico CSS and framework CSS compete in CMSDesk.  When third party deliverables or existing site migrations into Kentico require using these frameworks, what is the best way to go about doing this?
