r42 communication developed a Kentico web part which creates a status update link to Twitter

"Tweet me" is a new Kentico web part done by r42 communication and available in the Marketplace for free:

The web part creates a status update link to Twitter. It's really simply to use and well documented. It also allows you to choose between an image or a simple text link, for short URLs you can use TinyURL or Bit.ly and it includes Google Analytics campaign tags for tracking as well.
