Benelux, and especially the Netherlands, is one of the key European markets for Kentico, besides UK and Ireland. Some of the oldest, leading Kentico partners are headquartered in there. A partner who created dozens of Web sites and worked with Kentico for a couple of years naturally represents the best source to get some feedback from. Our account at uservoice, comments under our blog posts, forums, email conversations, twitter and facebook accounts give us good platform to hear the needs of our partners and end clients. However, a face-to-face meeting gets everyone more engaged and the discussion often reveals those tiny details which sometimes lead to important conclusions.

That’s why Kentico set out on a tour to Benelux at the end of January. We visited some of the preeminent, long-term partners from the area to learn about their business needs, how Kentico helps to cover them and how this help can be improved. We simply wanted to find the best ways how we can increase our support of our most valuable partners. The whole team found this “Kentico tour” very beneficial and we hope to make some other soon.
