Final upgrade procedure from Kentico CMS 5.5 R2 to 6.0

As promised, the final version of upgrade from Kentico CMS 5.5 R2 to version 6 is ready.

Hi,

We have finished the upgrade procedure to version 6 so it handles all previously mentioned issues, and the final upgrade is ready for download. The location for download is still the same as the first version of upgrade:

	Hi Shivam, automatic upgrade procedure is not currently available for version older than 5.5R2. So if you upgrade to version 5.5R2 every next upgrade will be present in Kentico installation manager (KIM) as automatic upgrade procedure in form of wizard like this upgrade.

	We have a site with ASPX page templates which was upgraded from 4.0 to 5.5. Just checking if we can use this tools to upgrade to 6.0. Thanks.

	Just a quick note - we upgraded one of our 5.5 sites to 6 using this exe. It worked without a hitch. Nice wizard style with some sanity checks (i.e asks to backup website and database), and will put your site in offline mode during the upgrade then bring it back up once complete. Nice to not have to do manual patch steps now!
