Ever received a support ticket reply from us that you weren’t happy with? Or one that blew your socks off and got development back on track? Either way, we’d love to hear about it!
In an effort to further improve our support services, we are currently testing a new feature – Nice Rreply.
Let us know how you feel about a particular reply to your support issue ticket by following the link displayed in our email signature.

You will be presented with a page where you can leave your name and a comment on the reply you received, together with a “star rating” from 0 to 10 (with 10 being the best).
