75% of Website Maintenance Time Saved by Kentico CMS for The Rich Dad Company

   —
See how Kentico helped financial education company, famous for the book “Rich Dad Poor Dad”, significantly lower the time spent on maintaining their online communities.
The Rich Dad Company needed to streamline their various websites into one system and consolidate all data into one database. These websites included the following:

Richdad.com RichWoman.com ConspiracyOftheRich.com RichKidSmartKid.com ShootingTheSacredCows.com

“Prior to using Kentico, it took us 20 to 30 hours per week to maintain all of our user databases,” states Robert LeCount, manager of Web development and data at The Rich Dad Company. “After consolidating all of our websites into a single system, this was reduced by approximately 75% to an eight-hour day. The system allows us to spend more time on creativity and less time on management.”

We at Kentico are happy to hear each new testimonial, but even happier to learn that it completely fulfills our mission in “Helping create successful websites”. With the given feedback from Rich Dad, we are being assured that our continuous efforts are making our clients work easier, allowing them to quickly meet the needs of their audience, exceed their goals and, most importantly, to focus on what they do best; in the case of Rich Dad, providing more people with financial education.

Kentico’s role in the first book written completely online

One of the web projects delivered using Kentico CMS was the website Conspiracyoftherich.com. It was designed and built to help Robert Kiyosaki, author of “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”, to release his first book written completely online – “Conspiracy of the Rich: The 8 New Rules of Money”.

A unique publishing event for The Rich Dad Company, this book is an interactive “Wiki-style” web project, in which Kiyosaki has invited feedback, commentary and questions from readers worldwide using Kentico CMS, before incorporating them into his book, released chapter by chapter on the website.

The website was delivered by Disciple Portal Inc., a Kentico Gold Partner from Colorado, who did a great job in implementing the website for Rich Dad.

"With ‘Conspiracy of the Rich,’ our technology enabled The Rich Dad Company to interact with readers in real time, provide current data and increase word-of-mouth,” says Troy Fulton, Director of Research & Development at Disciple Portal Inc.

If you wonder how their website traffic has doubled, and their social media audience has increased by more than 3,000 percent since the launch of the site, continue reading the original article at Baseline from Robert Kiyosaki: Social Tech Helps Company Grow Globally
