I havent used Kentico yet, but I have used Sitecore for the past 5mths, and in all honesty is probably one of the best CMS's I have used in a long time.

That said, I am planning to do Kentico training at the end of the month, so may be that opinion will change or I will have another CMS to add to my skillsets.
