HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error on Windows Vista

Could you please try to check folder permissions in your IIS? The windows 'Users' group for Vista needs access to virtual directory. It needs those permissions to be added to the folder otherwise the ASP.NET process can't read the 'web.config' file. Please right click on the folder, click the edit permissions and add your local PC's 'Users' group to the folder in the 'Security' tab.
